Nicole Cahoon
Nicole has lived on Vancouver Island for more than twenty years. Ten years ago she moved to the Comox
Valley with her husband and two daughters. She has been on several boards in the Valley, including
the Women’s Business Network, Corporate Connections, and Today N’ Tomorrow Learning Society. In her
spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
With 7 years of public practice experience, and after completing her Bachelors of Administration
Degree and the Certified General Accountants Program, Nicole started her own practice. She operates
her practice from the perspective of a small business owner, which gives her the ability to offer
practical solutions to her clients.
Brianne Clare
Brianne is our Office Manager, bookkeeper and assists Nicole with Estates. With over 12 years of
administrative and bookkeeping experience and a certificate in accounting, she joined our office in
January 2016. Born in Powell River, Brianne moved to the Comox Valley as a child. She now enjoys the
upbeat small-town vibe of Cumberland with her family.
Brianne has volunteered with various fundraising events including the Youth & Mental Health
Fundraiser, Vancouver Island Compassion Dogs, and Comox Valley Child Development Society.
Melissa
Melissa joined our office in January of 2021. With over 7 years in customer service, an
administration background and bookkeeping certificate, she works closely with our administration
team and assists with bookkeeping.
She has called the Comox Valley home for 18 years and is often out enjoying the wilderness with
family and friends. Melissa has a passion for travel and when she’s not planning her next adventure,
she can be found with a good book.
Katie
Katie has worked in client care for nine years, and happily became a member of our team in 2021. She
is a part of our administrative staff and always aims to go the extra mile for our personal and
corporate clients, as well as being a liaison for our community engagement efforts.
Katie is a proud fur mom to two dogs, Loki and Otto, and a cat named Luna. She has recently returned
to her hometown of the Comox Valley and vows to never live further than a walk away from the ocean.
Brynn
Brynn is going to school for Business Administration and Accounting, and working part-time in our
office. As a long-time resident of Comox Valley, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and
family. In the community, she volunteers with Comox Fire Rescue as a recruit Firefighter.
